SHOP web page: Why is your merchandise priced $0.00 ?
The listed price remains at an initial cost of $0.00 until the prospective customer selects a choice from one of the product-purchase options. If the price other than "$0.00" is listed, it is the least expensive option (usually in the unmounted category). Start by selecting an image from the "SHOP" web page. Product details (shown and described at length) appear summarized as selectable choices within Main-Menu Options. Now you are ready to use “ --Select-- ” drop-down ( " V ” ) submenu. After you have selected a choice from one of the product-purchase options, subtotal price is shown at the location just above the “Add to Cart” button ( “Add to Cart” to confirm). To consider a different product: first, cancel the previous selection (or select "X/continue shopping" in the cart) by changing it to “NONE / Does Not Apply” choice, and then; select only one new choice from one of the product-purchase options. We limit product selection to a quantity of one product per order.
How do I place a Custom Order?
A prospective customer should use our “Contact Us” form displayed near the bottom of “Home” page to initially inquire about a custom order. Thereafter, we will reply via our customer-service e-mail (repeatedly, if necessary) to answer all your questions and help you decide the details and pricing.
Keep in mind that many order-related choices are available that we are not listing in our merchandise selections, in part because it seems to us that the list is already long. So, go ahead; ask a related question so we can better serve you. For example, you may just need our merchandise produced in a different size than the size(s) listed.
Please be aware of the following custom-order limitation(s):
All the details of the custom order need to be filled by only one of the photo labs we do business with. For example, if your custom order includes a frame found in our selection(s); the photo lab that has it in stock needs to have the rest of custom-order materials available to fill the order. That is, we do not order incomplete products from one or more photo labs and then assemble any parts to produce a custom order. Completed custom order (as most of our orders) is shipped directly from the photo lab unless we have reason to sign the photograph. Few extra days may be necessary to fill and deliver your custom order. If there are other limitations specific to your custom order, we will address them via our e-mail(s).
Your final choice description and price (agreed upon and communicated via e-mail) will be added to the photograph’s “Custom Order” purchase option as a selectable choice. It will remain on our website for the next 30 days. Thereafter, please contact us via e-mail again to find out about any changes regarding availability and price.
How do I find the Selection Guide?
To proceed to the selection guide, utilize its submenu of hyperlinks (from the website Home-page links choose MORE --> do not select SELECTION GUIDE, but instead, select any one hyperlink in its submenu. To open another selection guide hyperlink, start from “Home” page or MORE hyperlink again.
When ADD to CART is selected, cart remains empty?
If you are using a desktop computer, you may experience the problem of not being able to add our merchandise to the cart. To solve this problem, set your internet browser to a "Private ," "Incognito," or similar internet browsing mode.
