Most orders are sent to the printing lab(s) before our merchandise can be shipped to you. To quicken delivery, your order will ship a few days later directly from the printing lab(s) we select. All orders are shipped via ground delivery unless you contact us before placing your order to request expedited shipping and we have collected additional funds. Even if you were to request a different shipping priority, some (fragile) items cannot be shipped via expedited methods. At printing lab’s (shipper’s) discretion, ordered items may be grouped into a single shipment if it is deemed safe for transport. However, to complete your order, you may receive more than one shipment (that may arrive at different times) as some items may require special packaging or be printed/shipped from more than one printing lab/shipping carrier. Our cost of shipping and handling (when it does not qualify for “Free Ground Shipping within contiguous USA,” or “Flat-Rate Shipping outside of contiguous USA”) may depend on many factors, such as: destination details, the shipping carrier used, quantity, type of item(s), package volume, weight, delivery method, additional shipping-related charges, possible need for custom-built shipping boxes to ensure proper protection for our merchandise while in transit, and other factors. Delivery schedules are not guaranteed, and are (at best) estimates that may be impacted by printing-lab schedule, shipping-carrier schedule, weather, holidays, and other factors. At the time of delivery, we require the recipient or someone designated to act on his/her (or organization’s/company’s) behalf to provide an authorized signature (adult signature required) for accepting shipment(s). Please inspect the exterior of the shipping container for possible sign(s) of damage, and if you suspect any damage (for any reason), please discuss the issue with carrier’s representative before accepting any shipment(s). If damage is evident, it is best to open the shipping container at the time of delivery in the presence of carrier’s representative in order to expeditiously complete damage-related report and obtain carrier’s damage-report reference number. Otherwise, if you have received damaged merchandise or if you are not satisfied with our merchandise, please e-mail us (attach to e-mail) image(s) of any damage or merchandise-related issue(s) within 48 hours of the receipt of NSM merchandise (based on carrier’s delivery date) because both the carrier and the printing lab require evidence (or merchandise return soon after delivery for an inspection) when claiming “carrier’s mishandling” or “printing lab’s quality-control issue.” Additionally, please attach image(s) of damage to packaging box(es) and material(s) when claiming “carrier’s mishandling.” Please keep all undamaged packaging box(es) and material(s) that may be needed to return our merchandise safely. Unless you order qualifies for “Free Ground Shipping within contiguous USA,” or “Flat-Rate Shipping outside of contiguous USA” (for more information see dedicated section below), we list the combined cost of shipping and handling and collect it once as part of the subtotal cost of the order. You can expect significantly higher shipping and handling cost when requesting (or are returning for credit) photograph(s) mounted and/or framed, rather than when requesting unmounted photograph(s) that can be shipped in a tube. Moreover, if the package size is above the “dimensional weight” limit that most shipping carriers impose beyond their most economical services, and/or if shipment is designated by the carrier for delivery to a rural area, you may expect additional shipping cost. The relatively high cost of shipping and handling for highly fragile, or oversize and/or heavy item(s) may in part be due to special packaging (such as custom-built boxes or crates) to insure proper protection for our merchandise while in transit, or when shipping via freight truck. Furthermore, expect relatively high cost to ship internationally compared to shipping cost within contiguous United States in part because our charge for shipping and handling does not take into account any import-related costs you are likely to incur.
We offer free shipping and handling (“Free Ground Shipping within contiguous USA”) if our merchandise is shipped to our customer (or a recipient) via ground delivery within contiguous United States of America, except if our customer selects or contacts us with a request for: (a), any item(s) larger than 40x60 inches (longer than 40 inches on the short side, and/or longer than 60 inches on the long side), or (b), expedited shipping (other than our "free ground shipping within contiguous USA").
We limit customer order(s) to be shipped within contiguous United States of America to one of the following: (a), no more than 1 image printed per order for merchandise to be shipped flat or in a tube, or (b), no more than 10 calendars per order. In any case, we may refuse or cancel your order if you place a new order within the next 30 days since the last order.

Customers shipping within/to the State of California who do not qualify for our “Free Ground Shipping within contiguous USA” (due to expedited shipping, freight shipping, etc.) can expect tax applied to the cost of shipping and handling in part due to the (complex) California tax regulations that take into account our pricing method (e.g., item price includes the price of shipping and handling), and/or the way we choose to keep records (due to shipping and/or handling estimate at the time of “Check Out”/order payment).
