Thank you for considering to place an order with Nature Showcase Media LLC (NSM). If so, please note that before we begin to fulfill your order we need to receive full payment via one of the major credit/debit cards.

NSM reserves the right to refuse or cancel order(s), without prior notice, and at its sole discretion, including without limitation, if we believe the user has violated “Terms and Conditions,” any laws, or to protect NSM interests (including product availability and pricing errors; even after the order has been submitted). 

We limit customer order(s) to be shipped within contiguous United States of America to one of the following: (a), no more than 1 image printed per order for merchandise to be shipped flat or in a tube, or (b), no more than 10 calendars per order. In any case, we may refuse or cancel your order if you place a new order within the next 30 days since the last order. 

Please expect our copyright and trademark information printed [in color (including trademark colors), and/or B&W, and/or grayscale] as part of an image on the front side of our color prints. B&W photographs will show copyright information printed (in B&W or grayscale) on the front side, and both copyright and trademark information (in color) on the backside of the mounting. Additionally, our copyright and trademark will also be displayed on the backside of the mounting of our limited-edition (color and B&W) photographs.   

Please be advised that if you require international shipping (or shipping outside contiguous United States) we limit customer order(s) to 1 image printed per order for merchandise to be shipped flat or in a tube [with shipped-flat dimensions no longer than 30 inches (76 cm) on the short side, and/or no longer than 45 inches (114 cm) on the long side]. Please note that we may refuse or cancel your order if you place a new order within the next 30 days since the last order. Additionally, please be aware that we do not ship our limited-edition merchandise, calendars, and merchandise designated “available for contiguous USA shipments only” outside of contiguous United States of America. Furthermore, we only accept order(s) for shipment(s) to countries that have a Copyright Treaty with United States of America and to countries that are not subject to United States government embargo, or have been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country (and our prospective customer is not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties). Please expect our copyright information printed (in color, or B&W, or grayscale) as part of an image on the front side of our color prints. B&W photographs will show copyright information printed (in B&W or grayscale) on the front side of our prints.

We make a professional effort to display sample image colors on our website similar to that of our merchandise. Even so,  some merchandise that we ship and their unique visual characteristics may differ enough within your lighting environment to account for some difference(s) compared to our website image(s). Given that there are numerous variables, we are hopeful that our merchandise (especially photographs’) visual characteristics will exceed your expectations. Furthermore, we reserve the right to make changes to the original image to better suit it for particular merchandise or prospective-customer's request (custom order). As an example, original image may receive image-processing improvements (including conversion to “Computer-Enhanced Photographs That Look Like Paintings”); be available in different aspect ratios with, or without a border; have border areas reduced by the printing lab; etc. If you decide to place an order, and to ensure your best shopping experience, please make a thorough review of our “Selection Guide,” “Shipping and Handling Policy,” “Cancellation, Returns, and Credit Policy,” and/or contact us prior to finalizing your purchase. Additionally, by placing your order you agree to our current “Terms and Conditions ,” and accept our “Privacy Policy.” 

There will be times when ordering is suspended until the approximate date shown on our “Home” web page (top banner) . In most cases, it will be due to our field trip to acquire new images of nature. However, for our customers who had ordered prior to order suspension, these events are unlikely to affect our ability to replace any NSM merchandise or issue credit for returned NSM merchandise in a timely manner. That is, all of our policies (and their respective deadlines) remain in effect during order-suspension interval. 

After you place an order on our website and we have received your full payment, we review the order, and send it to the printing lab. Within about a week, the printing lab will likely have an order printed or in production. In less than about a 2 weeks (with few exceptions), the order will have shipped. Unless you have contacted us to request expedited shipping before you place an order and we have collected additional funds, we usually instruct the printing lab to ship via ground delivery to minimize the cost of shipping. Thus, it usually takes another week or longer (depending on destination, and other details) for you to have received the order. Given there are many variables, we are not able to guarantee a delivery date. However, credit for expedited delivery received late is subject to shipping carrier’s policy. Please be aware that if you request expedited shipping, it does not affect printing lab’s production and packaging schedules. However, “rush” service is available subject to various extra fees the printing lab charges to complete the job ahead of normal schedule. If you contact us with order and shipping details prior to placing an order, we can inform you of exact surcharge for a “rush” service and any expedited shipping. 

All prices listed on NSM website are in USD (United States Dollars) and are subject to change without notice. Our prices vary considerably due to factors such as: demand, size, perceived artistic value, paper type, ink or printing process used, support mounting, mounting hardware, frame options, coating options, and request for a custom order (custom work and/or options). 

 In addition to the cost of our merchandise, we collect the California Sales Tax (government approved sales tax rate at the shipping-destination address) to comply with our tax-collecting requirements. If our merchandise is expected to be received in California, “Order Total” Price at checkout includes California Sales Tax rate at the shipping-destination address. In contrast, we do not apply tax to sales of our merchandise when it is expected to be received outside California (whether received in other USA states or internationally), unless by law we are required to do so (due to “economic nexus,” “economic threshold,” “number of sales thresholds,” etc.). Accordingly, our customer may be required to pay tax to the state/country authority where the merchandise was received.
